1. Information we collect

To provide our service we collect account information such as name and email address, uploaded audio and video files, generated transcription data (JSON/TXT/SRT/VTT and other result files), usage time, and activity logs.

Payments are processed through Stripe, and sensitive payment information such as full card numbers is not stored on our servers.

For system stability and fraud prevention, we may temporarily retain diagnostic logs and access records.

Account information may be used together with other related services provided by KeyTube for integrated account management; in such cases it will be handled appropriately under this policy and each service's policy.

2. Purposes of use

Information is used to provide and improve the transcription service, respond to support requests, maintain security, detect system failures, and address violations of the Terms.

Important operational or maintenance notices may be sent to your registered email address.

We may use data that has been aggregated and anonymized for statistical analysis and quality improvement.

3. Storage and deletion of data

Uploaded audio and video data are automatically deleted once transcription is completed. Generated transcription data (JSON/TXT/SRT/VTT etc.) are stored securely, and you can delete them anytime from the dashboard.

Job data deleted from the dashboard is completely removed, including from backups.

For storage optimization and security, transcription data (such as result files) that have not been updated for over one year may be deleted without notice. Please download any necessary data in advance.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us via the inquiry form. We will process the request within seven business days after confirmation.

4. Security management

This site supports SSL/TLS, encrypting communication between your browser and our servers. Information you enter is automatically encrypted for secure transmission.

We apply encrypted communication and access controls to manage audio data and generated transcription data safely. Data is not provided to third parties, and only authorized administrators can access it.

We use our own servers and highly trusted API providers such as Google, continuously reviewing measures to prevent data leaks.

5. Use of cookies

We use cookies to provide certain functions and improve convenience. Cookies are small data files sent from the web server to your browser, allowing us to identify your device and deliver services efficiently.

Cookies we set do not contain information that directly identifies you. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.

6. Analytics and optimization

We use Google Analytics to analyze access. Google Analytics collects access information anonymously using cookies and does not identify individuals.

Google Analytics cookies are retained for 26 months. You can refuse data collection by disabling cookies; refer to your browser help for instructions.
